Brian Patterson
Principal of Brian Patterson Designs, Inc.

The son of a rocket scientist and an interior decorator, Brian  spent his youth  in  Huntsville, Alabama and Torrance, California. His fascination with beauty and precision became evident to his parents while he was in pre-school…his father tells the story of Brian’s refusal to write with the “fat” pencils that were given to his classmates, citing that his work would be “ugly” if he was not able to work with a thin #2 lead pencil. By the sixth grade Brian’s work had been featured in the 1975 Los Angeles City School Art Exhibition.  

Brian went on to study both Architecture and Interior Design at Auburn University, completing BS in Interior Design, where he was awarded Most Promising Graduate of his class. Upon completion of his education, Brian relocated to Atlanta to pursue his career first in hospitality and residential design.  He has served as an advisory board member for both Atlanta Home Improvement Magazine, and the American Intercontinental University. Brian currently resides in Decatur, Georgia.
